Epistles of Christ Ministry

The Lord purposed and ordained Epistles of Christ Ministry to be read by all men and women. It is a vehicle by which our Lord delivers His unadulterated Word to the body of Christ. Our Lord and Savior uses His chosen vessels to author inspired articles for this ministry. He has blessed them to be a blessing to many through there writings. I thank God for the writers (they are fulfilling prophesy).

Our writers are inspired by The Holy Spirit to minister to the reader’s heart (2 Corinthians 3:2-6). We encourage each of you to share these periodicals with a friend by the leading of the Holy Spirit. God will give the increase. Through prayer and fasting, we ask the Lord to bless you through this ministry, and to quicken your spirit to help us with a love offering to support the administration of the Epistles of Christ Magazine Ministry.

As believers and founders of a writers group, it is our duty and pleasure to encourage new and emerging writers to use their gift of writing to bless other people. We hope and pray that all members will contribute, author, and publish Christian books for the Kingdom of God.

In 1999, we founded this writers group with support from believers of different Churches and Ministries to write articles for the Epistles of Christ Ministry. We are thankful to God for blessing four (5) of the writers to fulfill a Prophecy by authoring and publishing Christian Books. Two of the four writers are now Pastors, and one is the Founder and CEO of a publishing company. Another one is the founder of an internet radio ministry. Praise be to God for His Favor on this ministry. Now the Lord has directed us to resurrect the Epistles of Christ Ministry. This means there is a double portion of God’s Grace and Favor on the Epistles of Christ Ministry, its writers, editors, and other group members to publish Anointed periodicals and books for the Kingdom of God.

If you are interested in contributing to our periodical please contact us here (no church membership required):

Reality

Departing this life is a certainty, it stares you in the face.  You don’t know when you’ll say farewell, so stay within God’s grace.

It’s appointed unto man once to die.  So this is not our home to stay.  When your allotted time is up, you will go with Him who is the way.  (Hebrews 9:27)

It’s not in dying that you should fear, for the moment you cross over there you will see our Lord and Savior, who will wipe away all tears.

Paul said, to die is to gain, I believe just what he said, and I will go into God’s presence, before you know I’m dead.  There is no in between, I know this very well.  Heaven is prepared for the righteous saints and hell is prepared for the wicked sinners.

If you don’t know the Lord and you’ve never made it right; bow down your head and humble your heart, and come into the light.

No matter when you call, He’s ready to come in.  He’ll save your lost soul, and wash away your sins.  Invite him in your heart today, don’t wait or procrastinate.  He’ll come in and sup with you before it is to late.

So whether you are dead or alive, when Jesus comes again, you will be called up to meet Him, in the air, you will ascend.

Heaven is a beautiful place.  The streets are made of gold, Jesus sits at the right hand of God, interceding for us, I am told.  (Mathew 16:24-28)

Sparkling Gold

The Lord said, “Come drink, although the water tastes bitter.  Drink when you are thirsty and dry.  Drink when you are heavily burdened.  Come, don’t be denied.  Drink for the water gets sweeter the closer you get to the cross.  You ask for much.  Much is given, but you must pick up my cross.”

Just as the potter molded and remade his vessel, I am shaping and remolding you.  For I must reconstruct your foundation, that your heart may be found pure and true.

He picked up this broken vessel and began to do a work.  He peeled and scraped and polished.  Oh, I felt so hurt!  Just when I thought he had finished, He picked up this vessel again.  He said, “No, there is still something lacking, I need to go back again.”

Although I grew faint and weary, sometimes almost gave up, I knew it was for my making.  I had to drink the bitter cup.  Oh, how I struggled and trembled, just the thought of the pain.  Just when I thought I had made it, I had to go back again.

This time He was turning this vessel, as a master with his violin.  He began to smooth out rough edges.  I began to really know Him.  After many days He said, “Come, drink of the new water.  Come drink of the new wine at the well.  Come, drink in the Holy Spirit, now that you have drunk, be fed”.

He held up this vessel that was broken, this piece of clay He made whole.  He said, “Child, you are precious, precious as sparkling gold.

Jeremiah 18:1-4 The word which came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying, Arise, and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will cause thee to hear my words.  Then I went down to the potter’s house, and, behold, he wrought a work on the wheels.  And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.

Who Could Imagine A King

God put time into motion.  He began the universe.  He created the heavens and the earth.  The earth He spun on its axis.  He flung the stars in the heavens.  In one hand he held the sun, in the other He held the moon.  (Genesis 1:1, 2:1)

The God of all creation came down, and stripped himself of the glory of His creation.  In the form of man, He allowed himself to become man.  He formed himself in Mary’s womb, and became a natural man.

All the heavens proclaimed in the aspiring greatness of His event that saved a dying world from sin.  The Stars shone bright.  The angels sang, to celebrate His birth.

In proclamation of His glory, divine intervention and The Holy Spirit acknowledge His presence.  The earth moved and cried out, who could imagine?   A King!  (Luke 2:11, 3:22)

In praise and expectation, the cry echoed through the years.  Thoughts of the manifestation of His glory touched my soul, and my soul soars into heavenly places.

Not able to maintain or define the true significance of His glory, my soul cried out in uncontainable rapture.  Who, could imagine, who could imagine “A King”.  (Revelation 19:16)

From the child’s eye. . .

It would seem immortal for a child to conceive what color would truly be defined as.  I can say there is no color in the eyes of a child.  The child sees what God would see, a creation so beautifully designed and structured.  The child sees what he or she wishes to notice.  Color is a form, divided by excuses that are portrayed too often by registered thoughts.  The child’s eye gleams for purity and love.  Love in the eyes of a child is clean and perfect.  In this, God says, he cares, and he has no shame and color is no form that could matter.

I am thankful for my mother even though I have no brother.  I am thankful for food even though I am not rude.  I am thankful for my teacher even though she is not a preacher.  I am thankful for my friends even though they do not blend. (Psalm 92:1-2)

I AM THANKFUL, David D. Carter II, 2nd Grade, Age 7

Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.  Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with the promise that: it may be well with you and you may live long on this earth.  Parents do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord. (Ephesians 6:1-4)

Forgive me for I know not what I do.  I Know this time I’m learning Lord to cry out to you.  Forgive me for I have been so wrong, when I ran away not knowing what to say.

Show me how to be more patient in what you want me to do and the things you want me to be.  Forgive me Lord.  Make my way.

Forgive Me Lord, Shonita Stevenson 9/97
